Purpose and Context
The existing intranet’s life cycle was on a decline and needed key usability issues identified. I provided low to high fidelity adaptive layouts and a re-design guideline while being extremely cognitive of their strict corporate brand guidelines.

Design System
The design systems is set up so any combination of color, typography, background symbol or layout can all work cohesively together. It was important to provide a robust and comprehensive color system for interchangeability across teams or departments according to their preference or brand standards.
The Re-Design
The existing intranet was at the end of its life cycle and was not a responsive or an adaptive design. The key insight into understanding the existing intranet, was that it was failing mainly due to learning tactics and memorability. It was very hard for users to navigate and therefore wasting time.
